Dreamforce 2022 Recap for Nonprofit & Education Organizations

We were glad to be back with our Trailblazer Community for Dreamforce 2022! The 20th year of this innovative tech conference was an experience filled with great moments of community collaboration – Team DemandBlue shares the recap of Dreamforce findings, friends, and fun! So, let’s get the party started!

Our Head of Nonprofit, Arturo Ordoqui, started the week at the Celebration of Community event. Filled with friends from our NGO & EDU, this event hosted by Salesforce.org kick-started our Dreamforce festivities on Monday night with connection and community at the San Francisco Exploratorium. Exploring the museum geared our minds to learn all the new Salesforce innovations that were sure to be revealed at Dreamforce. Then, with our calendars filled with Blu’s picks of impactful sessions, we became all set to blaze the trails for the next three days.

Dreamforce Main Keynote Highlights:

We assembled to see the family reunion on the main stage at #DF22 Day 1 with the keynote by co-CEOs Marc Benioff and Bret Taylor, along with special guests!

Salesforce practices a driving impact on their innovation. Their tech for good efforts yielded several positive contributions to our ecosystem — a notable feat for the world’s largest enterprise apps company.

Here are Salesforce’s facts & figures of impact:

  • More than 260k calls, chats, and texts to prevent suicide
  • 30 Million dollars raised for the Ukraine crisis
  • 3.6 Million youth served this year
  • 950 Ukrainian children evacuated

In addition to helping the people, Salesforce also helps the planet with #TeamEarth initiatives by introducing the Net Zero Marketplace, a hub to engage everyone in climate action for the Ecopreneur Revolution. This global marketplace allows Trailblazing ecopreneurs to discover projects aligned to their values and purchase carbon credits via Salesforce’s trusted & transparent digital experience, which has become a new currency in saving our environment.

The most magical unveiling at the keynote revealed Salesforce Genie, a hyper-scale real-time data platform that powers the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform. With Genie, every company can turn data into customer magic, delivering seamless, highly personalized experiences across sales, service, marketing, and commerce that continuously adapt to changing customer information and needs in real-time.
